1 box of Jiffy Cornbread mix ( do not make according to directions of the box)

3 large eggs

1 stick of butter, melted

1 cup green onions chopped

1 cup yellow or white onions, chopped

1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained

2 cups of Colby Jack, grated

1 lb. of crawfish roughly chopped or 1 package of fake crab roughly chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Spread into a greased 9x13 baking pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
