In large bowl place 6 C special k cereal and 1/2 C ground peanuts.

In pan place 1 C white sugar and 1 C white corn syrup. Bring to boil and add 1 C peanut butter.
Mix well and pour over cereal.
Directions:
Directions:
Place mixture in buttered cookie sheet.
Frost with the following:
Melt 12 oz. chocolate chips and 2 Tbl. peanut butter. Spread on bars.
