4 - ¾ to 1-inch thick Beef Tenderloin
4 Bacon thick sliced
½ Cup of Dale Seasoning
¼ cup of cooking oil
Coarse Black Pepper
Garlic Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap bacon around steak, secure with a toothpick, and place in Dale Seasoning for 1 - 1½ hours. Take out of seasoning and sprinkle with the black pepper on both sides.
Place on the grill of hot coals. Pour ¼ cup of oil across coals will flame. Shear both sides of steak approx. 1 minute per side. Grill about 7 minutes per side for medium-well, less for rare, and more for well done.
Garlic butter: Add ½ cup and 2 t mince garlic. Combine the butter and garlic and put it on hot steaks.
