12 ozs. penne
1 lb. medium shrimp peeled, deveined
2 tbsp. Butter
1 shallot diced
1 clove garlic minced
1 cup frozen sweet baby peas
1 7 oz. container basil pesto
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 oz. shaved Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta in salted water and drain reserving 1 cup stock. Sauté shallot, garlic, shrimp in sauce pan until shrimp are cooked, about 4 minutes then add peas.

Add pasta to shrimp mixture then stir in pesto, 1/4 cup at a time. Add stock if necessary until desired consistency is reached. Sprinkle with cheese
