Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. butter
4 lbs. powdered sugar
1 T. vanilla
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese and butter in saucepan over low heat, stirring almost constantly. Add vanilla, cocoa and nuts in this order mixing completely before adding the next. Slowly add sugar to cheese mixture, mixing completely before adding more. This will take some time and it will get very stiff. It is best to use a mixer, but be cautious because of the stiffness that your mixer doesn’t get too hot. Spread into pans, chill, cut into squares and store in tightly covered tin or container. This is an excellent fudge for the holidays and can be cut down to half.
