Group A:
1 cup shredded cheese (swiss or cheddar)
⅓ cup chopped onion

options:
8 slices bacon cooked & crumbled
1 cup of cubed ham
2 cups cooked veggies (broccoli or spinach)
⅓ cup chopped bell pepper

Group B:
1 cup milk
4 eggs
½ cup Bisquik mix

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Spray bottom of a 9 inch pie plate.
Place Group A ingredients and your desired options in the pie plate.
Blend the Group B ingredients together and pour into the pie plate over the ingredients.
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
