1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream style corn
Mashed Potatoes (using about 5-6 potatoes) - Recipe below

Brown and crumble the ground beef. Once cooked, spread in greased 8x8" baking dish. Top with cream corn. Spread mashed potatoes on top. Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes.

For Mashed Potatoes: Wash & cut potatoes (about 5 or 6 medium sized) into small pieces. Boil until tender (check to see if they cut easily with a fork or spoon). Drain well. Immediately add about ¼ cup (½ stick butter or margarine), salt & pepper. Mix into the hot potatoes. Use hand mixer to mash the potatoes.

For 9x13" dish, use 2-3 lbs. ground beef, 2 cans creamed corn & double the mashed potatoes.
