6 C. cooked carrots (cooled)
1 onion (chopped)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 can tomato soup
3/4 C. vinegar
1/2 C. canola oil
1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice carrots and put in bowl with the chopped onion and green pepper. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil to make a sauce. Pour it over the veggies. Let marinate a few hours. Warm up to serve. It will keep in the the fridge for a long time because they are pickled in the vinegar.
