1/2 lbs. braunschweiger
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup (4 oz.) grated monterey jack or swiss cheese
6 slices crisp bacon - crumbled
3 green onions chopped - tops included
Wheat crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Blend braunschweiger with sour cream until smooth. Spread mixture over bottom on 10" round platter. Sprinkle with cheese & top with bacon and green onions.

Serve with crackers
