1 ½ cups butter softened
6 eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
2 cups flour
3 ⅓ cups chocolate frosting mix
or 2 pkgs. of Shirriff Chocolate Fudge Dessert mix
2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans (essential ingredient)

Glaze:
¾ cup confectioners sugar
¼ cocoa
1½ to 2 Tbsp. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Generously grease a 12-cup Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, cream the butter. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Gradually add sugar, creaming until light and fluffy.
By hand, stir in the flour, dry frosting mix and nuts until well blended. Pour the batter into pan. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes. Mix glaze.
Cool upright 1 hour, remove from pan and glaze.

Glaze: mix together ¾ cup powdered sugar, ¼ cup cocoa, 1½ to 2 tablespoons milk.
