1 jar of red peppers (usually located in condiment isle by the pickles)
1/2 - 1 package of cream cheese

Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
Whip cream cheese until soft.
Use a decorating bag without a tip and place cream cheese in bag.
Pipe cream cheese into peppers.
Serve.
