10 c. squash (rind & all)
4 c. onions
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
5 T. salt
2 1/4 c. vinegar
6 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. turmeric
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grind squash, onions, green pepper and red pepper; mix in salt. Let stand overnight. Drain, rinse with cool water, then drain again. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Add ground vegetables and bring to a full boil. Fill pint jars and process 20 minutes in hot water bath.
