1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tsp. instant coffee
2 T. rum
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt and blend the butter, sugar, salt, coffee, rum and cocoa. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Let cool before using.
Note: Tricia uses this for a fondue dip for pound cake.
