8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 sticks of butter, melted
1 1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 c flour
1 c blueberries
For Glaze
1 lemon, zested and juiced (or 1 tbsp lemon juice)
Enough powdered sugar to make smooth glaze (2-4 cups)

Preheat oven to 350º

In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, butter and sugar until fluffy and combined. Add flour and combine completely.

Add in blueberries (can fold; but bakes better mixed in)

Once batter is fully mixed, cover and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes, until batter is firm to touch.

Using cookie scoop, place batter on parchment-lined or non-stick cookie sheet. Using your finger, press down on dough balls to help form cookies. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cookies are a golden brown on the bottom.

Place cookies on cooling rack and rest for at least 5 minutes to cool a bit.

While cooling, combine lemon juice and powdered sugar until a glazing consistency.

Drizzle cooled cookies with glaze and serve.

If you are using frozen blueberries, coat them in flour before adding if you do not want them to bleed.
