11.5 oz can of tomato juice
4 tomatoes
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
3-4 jalapenos
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. salt
cilantro to taste

Directions:

Cut up onion and tomatoes in chunks. Place all ingredients in blender up to 3/4 full. Blend to desired consistency.

This is the recipe we got when making salsa for First United Methodist Church in Roswell. This was a really good salsa. You can substitute green chilies in place of the jalapenos or a combination of both.
