5 Tbsp. margarine
1 9.9oz pkg. Coconut Pecan Frosting mix (dry)
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
2 large bananas, slightly mashed
1 2-layer yellow cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in dry frosting mix and rolled oats until mixture is crumbly. Set aside.
In lg. bowl, blend sour cream, eggs and bananas until smooth. Blend in dry cake mix. Beat 2 mins.
Grease and flour 10 in. tube pan. Pour 1/3 batter (approx 2 cups) into pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 (1 cup) of crumb mixture. Repeat layers twice, ending with crumbs.
Bake in 350º oven 50-60 mins., until tests done.
Cool upright in pan 15 mins. Remove from pan, turn crumb side up - cool completely.
