Caramel Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

1 package of Rhodes frozen cinnamon rolls (12 rolls)
The Sauce:
⅔ cup heavy whipping cream
⅔ cup brown sugar
1tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
2 TBS butter
The Frosting:
Rhodes frosting (comes with the cinnamon rolls)
8 oz. Cream Cheese, room temp

Directions:
1. spray baking pan and place frozen rolls. spray plastic wrap so it doesn't stick to the rolls and cover. put in fridge overnight
For the Sauce
2. Combine all sauce ingredients and bring them to a light simmer. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
3. Pour it over the defrosted rolls.
Making Magic Happen
4. Bake the Cinnamon Rolls at 350º for 20-25min.
For the Frosting
5. While they bake, combine packaged frosting that comes with the frozen rolls with cream cheese. Mix together until well incorporated.
6. Once the rolls have called slightly, frost them
