1 whole head of garlic, chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
2 cans whole tomatoes
2 tsp. cumin
hot pepper flakes
paprika (optional)
1 jalapeņo, seeded and chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop garlic. Fry in a generous amount of oil.

Drain tomatoes and chop. Add to pan with garlic. Add cumin and hot pepper flakes to taste. Can also add paprika.

Cook on medium heat uncovered, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes begin to blacken (about 45 minutes).
