1 large can of Frozen Pineapple

Freeze the pineapple, but leave it out a little before needed so it will release from the can easier. In a punch bowl, empty the frozen pineapple. Add the Fresca and mash up with a masher. Serve. (n

This was my mom's favorite punch for parties. It was also what was served at my wedding. Great with cake because it is not too sweet to overpower the sweetness in the cake. This is also a great Christmas punch. Add in cranberry juice to give it a red color.
