Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 C. Sugar
3/4 C. Butter - room temperature
1 Small Can of Evaporated Milk (around 2/3 C.)
1 Bag Chocolate Chips - Semisweet (thought you can use milk chocolate or dark)
1 Small Jar Marshmallow Cream
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare an 8 X 8 pan by either buttering the pan or using aluminum foil to line the pan and, and then buttering the foil. Using a saucepan (medium), combine sugar, butter, and milk over medium-low heat. Stir often as the sugar will burn. When it comes to a full rolling boil (you see lots of bubbles on top), boil for 4 minutes. Make sure to stir this constantly at this point. After 4 minutes, take it off the burner and add the marshmallow cream, chocolate, and vanilla. Make sure to add the marshamallow cream first so that you do not burn the chocolate. Let sit several hours.

Personal Notes:
This was my mom's recipe for fudge. She got this off of Jet Puffed Marshmallow Cream and you can still get the recipe off of the jar today. It nows has you microwave the ingredients, but I have always prepared it the "old fashioned" way since chocolate can burn very easy if you're not careful. This was also one of the recipes I used to demonstarte to students in school, teaching them what "full rolling boil" would look like.
