1 Bag of Fresh Green Beans
1 Container of Grape Tomatoes
1 Bag of Gnocchi
Homemade or Jarred Basil Pesto

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a pot of water to boil and add in gnocchi for about 5-8 minutes. (I usually cook until they start to come to the top of the water and then take them out.) In a large skillet, saute green beans in oil until bright green and slightly cooked. Add in tomatoes and cook until tomatoes start to "pop". Add in gnocchi and cook a bit longer. Take off burner and add in pesto.
