Chicken Breast, 1 lb cut into cubes
Cornflakes, about 1 - 1-1/2 C.
Parmesean Cheese, to taste
Ranch Dressing, and 1 C.
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Prepare a sheet pan with aluminum foil and grease to prevent food from sticking. Put the cornflakes in a Ziplock bag and crush. Place in a bowl with Parmesean Cheese (if desired) and salt and pepper. Place ranch dressing in a bowl. Dip chicken in the dressing and then in the cornflake mixture. Place in the pan and cook until chicken is done, around 25 minutes.
