1 C. Chicken Stock
1 tsp. Cornstarch, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. cold water
1 Medium Egg, beaten
1 Small Ginger Root, diced
1 oz. Scallions, including green part


Directions:
Directions:
Bring broth to a boil and stir in cornstart mixture. Remove from heat. With a chopstick in one hand, pour egg in soup, stirring to create shreds. Put ginger in soup bowl and add soup. Top with scallions.
