2 C. Boiling Water
4 C. Kellogs All Bran
2 C. Nabisco 100% Bran
1 C. Cooking Oil
2-1/2 C. Sugar
4 Eggs
5 C. Flour
5 tsp. Baking Soda
1 qt. Buttermilk
1 C. Raisins (optional)
1/2 C. Dates (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Pour water over cereals.
Mix oil, sugar, and eggs.
Sift flour, soda and salt.
Mix in large bowl adding buttermilk, flour, and bran alternately to sugar mixture.

Bake 400º for 20-25 min.

Will keep in refrigerator for weeks.

Can microwave in microwaveable cup. 2 cups take 2 min. Let stand before turning out.
