2 eggs
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda

Cream Cheese Ginger Frosting
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light & fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Stir in 1 cup walnuts.

Bake @ 350 for 45-50 min or until toothpick in center comes out clean.

Combine all frosting ingredients.
