1/2 C. sugar
1/4 C. butter, softened
1 C. light corn syrup
3/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 C. pecans
1 pie crust
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar, add syrup and salt. Mix well. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add pecans. Pour into 9" pie crust. Bake 1 hour 10 min. until knife inserted comes out clean.
