1/2 lb. ground beef
2 oz. uncooked macaroni
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 C. green pepper (can also use red)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
chili powder to taste
2 T. oil
1 can tomato juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook meat, macaroni, onion, and green pepper until meat is brown and macaroni is light yellow. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until macaroni is tender - around 20 min.

This is a recipe I found years ago. This is quick and easy. Because Mike doesn't like these type of recipes with macaroni, we only had it ever once in a while, but I loved it!
