2 lbs. hamburger
1 cup milk
one package of Chicken Stovetop stuffing mix
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup BBQ sauce, divided ( or Siracha)

1 Med Onion or half a cup finely diced ( optional)

six slices of uncooked bacon (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Finely dice one onion and cook until transparent

In a large bowl add all ingredients except bacon and 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

Lay bacon out on cutting board
Form loaf on bacon, keep it even
Wrap bacon over top

Line sheet pan with aluminum
Put cooling rack on top of pan
Turn loaf over seam side down and place on Rack

Cook for 1 hour or until done (160º) half way through brush on 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce

Cool for 15 minutes before slicing
Slice 3/4" and crisp in medium hot cast iron frying pan on flat side of sliced meat.

To reheat: microwave for 1 Minute and crisp the flat side in frying pan
