Ingredients:
Ingredients:
16 ounce frozen edamame in the shell
3 tablespoons butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 low-sodium soy sauce
2-3 tablespoons sambal oelek (adjust to your desired spice level)
Kosher salt (to taste)
Optional: a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Cook edamame according to package directions.

In a large skillet or wok, melt the butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic. Sauté the garlic for one to two minutes, or until fragrant.

Add the soy sauce and sambal oelek to the garlic and butter. Mix well, letting the flavors meld together for about one minute.

Add the cooked edamame to the skillet, and toss them around ensuring they’re well-coated with the spicy garlic butter sauce. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to penetrate the edamame.

Season with kosher salt to taste. Transfer the edamame to a serving bowl, and if desired, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds for garnish. Serve immediately.
