4 cups rice chex cereal
4 cups corn chex cereal

3/4 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line 1-2 large baking sheets with parchment paper

Place cereal in a large bowl and set aside.
Combine sugar and cinnamon a bowl and set aside.

Combine brown sugar, butter & corn syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Cook and stirring continuously for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
Pour over cereal mixture and toss everything together until coated
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the cereal and
Transfer to baking sheets and bake for 6 minutes, flip cereal over and bake another 3 minutes, until golden brown

Remove from oven and let cool.
Break up cereal and store in an airtight container.
