1 tin of smoked oysters with oil
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
1 heaped tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp fish sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce (or more, to your liking)
1 whole anchovy in oil

Directions:
Directions:
For blender version:
Put all ingredients in blender and mix until thoroughly combined. Put into a bowl and refrigerate until needed.

For manual version:
Crush anchovy and oysters to a fine mash. Add remaining ingredients and beat on high with a hand mixer until thoroughly mixed.

Refrigerate until ready to serve with your favorite savory biscuits or chips.

If you own a blender or hand blender, this recipe will be much more flavorsome, as the blending process melds the flavors to perfection, however you can still make this dip without one. You will just have to manually crush the oysters and anchovy very finely.
