3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 T soy sauce
1 T toasted sesame oil
1 T rice vinegar
2 t granulated sugar
1 t grated fresh ginger
1/4 t salt
4 English cucumbers cut into bite size pieces
1 c celery, thinly sliced diagonally

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar, ginger, gochugaru (if using) and salt together in a large bowl.
. Add the cucumbers and celery to the dressing; toss to coat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
