SLAW:
4 1/2 c thinly sliced red apples, cut into bite-sized pieces OR thinly sliced
3 c finely shredded green cabbage
DRESSING:
1 c sour cream
3 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 T granulated white sugar
1 T poppy seeds
3/4 t salt
1/8 t freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place the apples and cabbage in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Add to the slaw and toss well to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
