1 gal of tomato sauce OR 7 cans tomato puree
3 lbs onions
3 jalapeno peppers
2 green peppers
1 pt oil
½ c salt
2 c sugar
6 bay leaves
2½ Tbsp oregano
2 Tbsp basil
2 Tbsp parsley flakes
4 (12 oz) cans tomato paste
3 Tbsp minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Put onions, peppers and garlic in blender with some tomato sauce. Add to rest of ingredients. Cook in oven roaster until it boils. Place in jars and hot water bathe them to can.

This is the same recipe as Clara's except it's already cooked down tomatoes ready to add other ingredients. Unless you have a garden with all the tomatoes, this is a faster and a "much less work" way to make pizza sauce.
