3/4 c. BBQ sauce
3/4 c. orange marmalade
2 Tbsp. soy sauce, low sodium
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 c. water
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 large breasts), cut into 2" chunks
1 large yellow onion, chopped
4 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 green peppers, chopped
2 c. brown rice, dry and uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Combine BBQ sauce, marmalade, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and water in bottom of slow cooker until well blended.
Add chicken and chopped vegetables into slow cooker. Mix well with sauce.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Chicken needs to be at internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Top rice with chicken and vegetable mixture.
