4 cups shredded lettuce
6 slices bacon cooked & diced
½ cup water
1 small onion (or less) minced
¼ cup vinegar
4 TBSP sugar
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon in frying pan (or cast iron skillet). Remove bacon and dice. Combine bacon with lettuce and onion. Combine vinegar, water and bacon fat in the frying pan. Heat to boiling. Add seasonings and sugar. Combine with lettuce mixture. Serve immediately!
