One box of 16 oz or (1lb)of elbow macaroni.
2 eggs
1tbsp salt
2tbsp oil
2 cups, a white cheddar
2 cups a mile cheddar
2 cups, a sharp cheddar.
½ Block of Queso velveeta cheese.
One stick of butter not margarine
1½cup of half-and-half
1½ a cup have 2% milk.
In a pot.
Combine half-and-half milk butteºr chop velveda cheese into ¼.
Stir into pot melt cheese gradually add a handful of white cheddar, mild cheddar and sharp cheddar. Until melted
In a separate pot, bring to boil elbow noodles. Drain rinse with cool water and place in 8x13 pan
Scramble eggs pour over noodles mix well to coat noodles. Then Take the remaining white cheddar, mild cheddar and sharp cheddar cheese and mix into the noodles.
Then take the cheese sauce, pour the sauce over the noodles stiring together. Cover with foil
Once complete, place in oven to bake at 375º For 45 minutes then remove foil and bake for 15 minutes uncovered until golden brown.
