6 chicken breat
6 slices fully cooked ham
6 slices swiss cheese
¼ c. all-purpose flour
¼ c. grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp. rubbed sage
¼ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. black pepper
¼ c. canola oil
1-10 oz. condensed cream of chicken soup
½ c. chicken broth

Directions:

Flatten each chicken breast half to ¼ in. thick.
Top with ham and cheese, roll up and tuck in ends; secure with toothpicks.
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, parmesan cheese, sage, paprike, and black pepper; coat chicken on all sides.
In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil on medium-high heat.
Transfer to a slow cooker.
Combine soup and chicken broth, pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low until chicken is tender; about 4 to 5 hours.
