2 cups self-rising flour
1-1/2 cups heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in bowl. Add heavy cream to the flour and with fingers mix together until it forms a dough ball. Flour surface and roll dough out about 1/2 thick. Use round cutter to cut out biscuits. Place biscuits on greased cast iron skillet.

Bake at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 10 biscuits.
