1 bag of frozen hashbrowns
1 stick of butter, melted
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 small onion, chopped
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. sour cream

Grease 9 x 13 baking dish, preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients together except 1/2 cup of cheese. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 c of cheese on top and bake for 45-55 minutes until bubbly.
