Fried Noodles Recipe

400g noodles
100g carrots
50 g leeks
3 eggs
4-5 green chilies
3 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp tomato sauce
2 Knorr chicken cubes
3 curry leaves
1 small rampe
large clove garlic
1 large onion
1 small piece ginger
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
100g margarine
3 tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
1) Add noodles into boiled water. Add 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp. oil.
2) Cut carrots, leeks 1.5 inches and dice onion. Slice tomatoes and cut green chilies in long pieces. Chop ginger and garlic.
3) In a large pan, add 100g margarine. Let it melt. Add ginger, garlic, onion, curry leaves, rampe, and tomato. Mix well and let it cook to golden.
4) Add eggs to the pan and mix well.
5) Add salt, pepper, green chilies, soya sauce, tomato sauce, Knorr chicken cubes, and noodles.
6) Add carrots and leeks and mix well.
7) Cook for approximately 5 minutes or until soft.
