½ cup ground beef
½ cup ground pork sausage
1 medium chopped onion
1 garlic clove minced
2- 4.5 oz. chopped green chilies
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
4 large eggs
¼ cup flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. hot sauce
1¼ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 4 ingredients until meat crumbles and drain. Spread 1 cup chopped chilies in bottom of 8 in. square dish. Sprinkle with cheese and spoon meat mixture over cheese. Top with remaining chilies and cheese. Whisk eggs and next 4 ingredients until smooth then pour over casserole bake at 350° for 45 minutes. 6 servings.
