2 lbs. ground beef
¼ cup chopped onions
½ cup chopped stuffed green olives
½ cup ketchup
2 eggs
¼ tsp. pepper
3 cups fresh breadcrumbs
¼ cup chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1½ tsp. poultry seasoning
½ tsp. salt
⅓ cup butter
¼ cup small olives

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, ¼ cup onions, chopped olives, ketchup, 1 egg, ⅛ tsp. of pepper and mix well. Shape into rectangle quarter inch thick about 9 x 16“ on waxed paper. Combine remaining egg, ⅛ tsp. of pepper, breadcrumbs, remaining ¼ cup onion, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt, butter, mix well and spread over meat mixture. Roll up jelly roll fashion and place seam side down in greased baking pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
