2 tbsp. chopped onions
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. dry mustard
pepper to taste
1½ cups of milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ lb. ham slices
6 cups cooked potato slices
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions in butter. Blend in flour, seasoning, and milk stirring consistently until thickened. Add 1½ cups of cheese, stir until melted. Toss potatoes and cheese sauce. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Reserve 1 cup potato slices and arrange ham and the remaining potato slices on top of casserole. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings
