1 tablespoon of shortening
1 green pepper, chopped
2- 12oz. can luncheon meat sliced
2 tbsp. minced onion
4 potatoes cooked and dried
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
½ cup soft breadcrumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt shortening in a skillet add green pepper cook until tender, add meat onions, potatoes, soup, and milk. Cook until soup is smooth. Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole dish, combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over casserole. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375°.
