1 lb. ground pork
½ cup dry breadcrumbs, or crackers
1 egg
season to taste
2 cups chopped cooked cabbage
¼ cup onions
5 slices of bacon
Directions:
Directions:
Combine pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, and seasoning. Shape meat into rectangle. Combine cabbage and onion then spread on meat. Roll up jelly roll fashion, place in pan arrange bacon slices on top and bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
