Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1-28oz can of crushed tomatoes
2 Jalapeno's
1 medium onion
1 large bunch of cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
sugar to taste ( about a tsp)
lime juice to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Take about 1/2c of the tomatoes and put in the blender with the 2 jalapeno's and blend until smooth, I do chop them a bit first but this is the step that will decide how hot your salsa is. If you remove all the seeds and pith you will have a mild salsa, if you want more Jalapeno flavor with out the heat add 2 more jalapeno's with out seeds or pith. If you want it hot keep all the seeds. Mix all the ingredients and refridgerate. It is all a matter of your tastes on how much of each ingredients you need! This is a general recipe I use, then tweak for who I'm feeding it to
