Dough:
3 loaves of American bread
One loaf of steel Cuban bread
One teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon salt
Crust from three loaves American Bread soak in water for 15 minutes drain water and squeeze until almost dry. Add Cuban bread gradually until you have a dough add paprika and salt and mix thoroughly form dough into a ball. refrigerate for two hours.
Crab meat filling:
5 tablespoons of oil
half green pepper
three bay leaves
three onions
four cloves of garlic
half a teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of crushed hot red pepper
1 pound of crab meat
1 can Tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry and a oil onions bell pepper garlic hot pepper for 15 minutes. Add Baileys sugar salt and tomato paste. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Add crab meat and cook 10 minutes put on a platter and refrigerate for two hours.
Take 3 tablespoons of dough and press in your hand put in a tablespoon of crab filling and the seal by pinching the ends dip in the following mix.
Three eggs will be eaten half a cup of milk salt and pepper mix one cup cracker meal and a half a cup of flour. Two eggs well beaten, half a cup of milk, salt pepper, mix one cup cracker meal, and half a cup of flour. Roll crab first in cracker flour then egg and again and cracker flour mix refrigerate for two hours fry and deep fryer
