One pack hamgerger. Approx 1/1/2 - 2 lbs
One can tomato paste
1/4- 1/2 onion fine chopped
Parsley, rosemary, garlic salt and a dash of cinnamon optional

Lasagna noodles. I buy the ready made homemade kind

1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
3 cups 2% milk
Dash of cinnamon
( I also add garlic)

Block of mozzarella cheese

Meat sauce : fry beef and chopped onion's
Add tomato paste seasonings listed to your preference and a little water to make a nice meat sauce

White sauce: In sauce pan melt 1/4 cup butter , add 1/3 cup flour. Whisk to a paste
Add 3 cups milk and keep whisking until it boils and thickens . Take off stove.

Layer noodles on bottom of casserole dish or 9x12 dish.
Spread 1/3 meat mixture over noodles
Pour 1/3 whitesauce over meat sauce
Now add grated cheese
Repeat layers

Bake 350º 30 min
