1 cup sour cream
1 cup self-rising flour

Preheat oven to 425º F.

In a medium bowl, blend sour cream and flour together with a fork until it just comes together.

On a well-floured board, roll out dough to 3/4 inch thickness. Using a floured 1-inch biscuit cutter, cut out 12 rounds, reworking the dough as little as possible.

Place biscuits on a greased cookie sheet and bake in the top third of the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until biscuits are lightly brown.
